SHIPPING POLICY

Please make sure your shipping address is correct. We cannot redirect an order once it’s been dispatched! 

If the package is sent back to our workspace because the address provided isn’t valid, the customer will be notified, and additional charges will apply. 

In the unlikely event you didn’t receive your package 14 days after it’s been dispatched, please contact us!

Don’t forget to check in your mailbox, the package is small enough to fit in :)

TESORO is not responsible for delayed delivery of packages.

TESORO is not liable for lost or stolen packages even if the tracking dictated that it has been delivered. TESORO is not responsible for undeliverable packages due to an incorrect address. 

SHIPPING TIME POLICY

TESORO aims to ship orders out within 2-5 business days. During sales, this can sometimes take up to 10 business days. TESORO cannot guarantee a delivery date. 

WRONG ADDRESS POLICY

TESORO is not responsible for packages that are undeliverable due to an incorrect address. TESORO is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once a package has been shipped, we are unable to alter the shipping address.  In the event that the package is returned to sender, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

PRE-ORDER POLICY

Due to high demand on certain items, we will sometimes accept pre-orders. We always try to get them shipped as fast as possible, however there may be delays that our out of our control. Pre-order dates are tentative.
