RETURNS/EXCHANGES POLICY

We do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges. Please measure your neck/wrist to guarantee your perfect fit prior to ordering. 

In the event that an item comes damaged, or part of your order is incorrect, please notify us immediately upon receipt and we will be glad to help with any issues.  

TESORO is not responsible for return shipping costs in the event that we do accept a return. The refund is solely for the cost of merchandise. 

We do not accept returns unless the item arrived damaged.

We’ll be happy to give you store credit for a future purchase.

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

Your order cannot be cancelled after it has been placed. Please make sure to check all details before the order is placed and make sure they are correct.
